Straight through the Big Red Doors, The Taproom is our central dining area. Under the direction of Chef Ruth Mercado, The Taproom offers brunch and lunch daily until 3 p.m. Dinner service begins at 5. The menu features fresh ingredients and Chef Ruth's take on classics and inspired specials. The custom draft system provides 17 local craft beers on tap and the bar offers a full and wine selection along with hand-crafted cocktails.
