Among all of our destination dinner Home is where the heart is and in this series, our Chef gets to show her real talents and those of other local Chefs. The advent of spring brings the feasting of winter’s reserve to the table and this menu features creative blends of the seasonal change.

1st course: Black Bean Dip w/ House made Masa Cakes

Chile secco spiced black beans stewed with spices and yellow onions. Topped with avocado, pico de gallo, Tillamook Aged Cheddar, roasted corn kernels,  and fresh jalapenos. 

And Thrice cooked Pork belly, sliced thin and served with our chimichurri sauce.

2nd Course:  Radicchio Caesar Salad

            w/ rye croutons and grated parmesan cheese.

3rd Course:  Porchetta

Rich crackling-coated pork roast flavored with lemon, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.  Served w/ butter braised Napa Cabbage, Au gratin potatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes and local honey gastrique.

4th Course:  Cast Iron Skillet Apple Pie w/ warm crème anglaise

Over two hours of Interactive, immersive, and investigative thrills & chills while be served a well-sourced three course meal. Some of the videos shown are graphic horror scenes so parental discretion is advised. $45 pp
